love this hat, got Extra large for my big noggin which fit very well. usually I buy the new era style flex fit hats at 7 3/8 size, but coming from that sparco's hat is very comfortable and the bill is easy to form to whatever shape and preference you may have for it. I had shaped it a bit more flat billed rather than traditional curved look of flex fits and it took well to it.
